A Comparative Analysis Of Independent Capability Between National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone And National Innovational Demonstration Zone

For enterprises,the independent innovation capability is the key to the core competitiveness of enterprises;for regions and countries,the independent innovation capability is the core of the regional economy to obtain long-term development.In order to promote the development of regional independent innovation capability,since the 1990 s,China has established more than 100 National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones in different provinces.National Innovation Demonstration Zones is established on the basis of excellent National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones.Compared with the National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones,National Innovation Demonstration Zones have certain advantages in the development of independent innovation capability and policy supports.Therefore,this study comparies with the independent innovation capability of National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones and National Innovation Demonstration Zones,which can point out the direction and policy for the improvement of the independent innovation capability of the National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones.Based on the study of the existing regional independent innovation capability and the related research literatures of National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones and National Innovation Demonstration Zones,this paper defines the concept and connotation the independent innovation capability of regional.Combining with the development characteristics of National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones and National Innovation Demonstration Zones,according to the scientific research method to design a set of highly efficient independent innovation ability evaluation index system,the system of innovation input and output as the evaluation dimension,objective and representative.Based on the system,this study taking the statistical data in 2014 of 115 National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones as the analysis samples,using statistical analysis software and principal component analysis,factor analysis and other methods to deal with the data.The results show that the National Innovation Demonstration Zones and the National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones have significant differences in independent innovation capability.The innovation input and innovation output of the National Innovation Demonstration Zones are significantly higher than that of National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones;the same as different National Innovation Demonstration Zones,different National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones are also significantly different from the independent innovation capacity,respectively,reflected in innovation input and output is significantly different.Based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis,this study concludes with the two dimensions of independent innovation capability of National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zones and National Innovation Demonstration Zones,and puts forward the path of improving the independent innovation capability in backward areas: increasing regional capital and manpower innovation elements,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the region to enhance the level of innovation and output in order to improve China's independent innovation capacity and enhance the core competitiveness of the country.
