Study On The Influence Of Land Consolidation Engineering On Cultivated Land Quality And Suggestions

At present,the rural land consolidation has risen as a national strategic deployment,become a effective gripper to protect the cultivated land and to promote the quality.Analyzing land consolidation correctly can bring the change of cultivated land quality which is the key to effective result of land consolidation.Scholar research focus on the method of land quality evaluation,or the case analysis of the cultivated land quality change after the land consolidation,the object of study mostly confined to a single small scale land reclamation project of cultivated land quality evaluation.Different types of land consolidation bring different impact on cultivated land.Lacking of quantitative research on different type,current researches are unable to grasp the regular between the different type of consolidation and the quality of cultivated land and is not conducive to the work of cultivated land quality management and the further work of cultivated land protection.On the basis of single project unit,this study selects three kinds of typical projects: land consolidation,land development,and land reclamation,aiming to investigate and analyze the relationship between land consolidation and the quality of cultivated land.Acted the land consolidation elements as the important factors influencing the quality of cultivated land,this paper proposed the difference of cultivated land quality index as the explained variable,land leveling elements,field road elements and irrigation and drainage engineering elements.Quantitative study is applied to build three types of linear regression model of the project,which can analyze the different effect of three types of land consolidation,identifying the main factors in different types,and providing policy basis for regional land consolidation plan.(1)Land consolidation factors have positive influence on the quality of cultivated land.The study proves that land leveling elements,field road elements and irrigation and drainage engineering elements have a positive correlation relationship between cultivated land quality,this shows that the land reclamation of cultivated land quality has a certain influence.Project by influencing factors of investment project progress and quality,in turn,affects the quality of cultivated land,land reclamation engineering elements of land leveling by flat land changed plots in neat,concentrated degrees.Irrigation and drainage engineering elements through construction of reservoirs.Wells and drainage ditch irrigation and drainage facilities,changes in the project of farmland irrigation assurance,irrigation water and drainage method,further affect the quality of cultivated land.Field mainly through new tractor road maintenance and road engineering elements,the production,improve the convenient degree of farmland cultivation,then the quality of the cultivated land.Other factors also have an impact on the quality of cultivated land.(2)Different types of land consolidation project impact on the differemt quality of cultivated land.The study proves that different land consolidation types has different impact on the quality of cultivated land.On one hand,three types has different original type of land use.The type of land use are all arable land in consolidation projects before the project,the type of land use are garden land,forest land or other farmland in development projects,the type of land use are construction land in reclamation projects.And on the other hand,different type of land consolidation have different effects on the quality of cultivated land.Comparing the difference of the cultivated land quality index before and after projects.The quality of cultivated land in consolidation projects is evident in the ascension,the ascension of the average quality index is about 181.33.As for development projects and reclamation projects,cultivated land starts from scratch,and the quality comes relatively worse.So,distinguishing the different types of land consolidation projects are necessry.The condition of farmland irrigation and drainage water is bad,and can not meet the demand of irrigation and drainage in consolidation projects,to some extent,it limit the cultivated land quality level of ascension.As the result,the construction of irrigation and drainage can obviously improve the effect of cultivated land quality.Influenced by the original land use type,cultivated land quality is relatively worse in the regional average in development projects and reclamation projects.At this time,it is of indispensable to strengthen the construction of land reclamation project,and play a positive effect role on the quality of cultivated land.On this basis,it is necessary to further strengthen the fertilizer,to improve soil fertility construction,and to cultivate land quality level.(3)There are differences in the direction,the influence of the effect degree and the level of significance of land reclamation in the indexes of arable land quality.Each factor in land reclamation of cultivated land quality may influence direction,the degree and the significance.In three types of land management,irrigation and drainage engineering factors impact more significant on the quality of cultivated land.It means that they have positive significance on the level of 1% and 5% respectively.This indicates that the project can improve farmland moisture,improve irrigation assurance,improve drainage condition and prevent floods,which can significantly enhance the level of project area of cultivated land quality.Field road engineering factor impacts on the quality of cultivated land in 1% level by significance test.It shows that,to enhance the level of cultivated land quality and need to continue to increase the field of road engineering construction,improving the understanding degree of the road,shrinking distance of the field and the road,can advantage for the mechanized operation,improve the farmland use conditions,and ensure the quality of cultivated land.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)Focus on finishing projects,pay attention to the cultivated land quality level;(2)Development and reclamation projects location strictly,ensure the quality of cultivated land;(3)Pay special attention to the construction of irrigation and drainage engineering in order to improve the irrigation assurance to improve irrigation water conditions;(4)Pay attention to the field construction of road engineering to improve traffic access degree,improve the level of mechanization;(5)Strengthen the soil improvement elements and farmland ecological protection of cultivated land quality impact study.
