Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Development Level Of Smart Tourism Cities In Shandong Province

During “Twelfth-Five-Year”,the increase of the third industry value in Shandong Province is more than the second industry.The total tourism consumption exceeded 800 billion yuan,showing strong momentum and great potential for development.Under the new theory of international information and industrial revolution,to the requirements of national science,technology,information and intelligence,various industries are higher and the tourism without exception.As the first tourism “863 Plan” of our country,Shandong province has serious mission in the aspects of tourism information and tourism wisdom.Smart tourism has becoming main theme of the development in tourism in Shandong province.To achieving the goals of smart tourism and tourism province,we need to understand the city's current smart tourism level,keeping the advantages and enriching the system of smart tourism city.Firstly,summing up the researches,the concept was clearly.Analysis the relationship about related concept,basing on the theory of system,technology innovation and mobile Internet,illustrates the development requirement of the smart tourism city.Secondly,based on the literature evaluation index system,combining with the analysis in Shandong province,construct a evaluation index system of smart tourism city including 4 subsystems and 30 index.Thirdly,using the factor analysis method,compared and analyzed comprehensively the development level of smart tourism city in Shandong province that the development of 17 smart tourism city can be divided into four grades.It is Pyramid structure which a few cities are good and mostly are in the bottom and the development level are in regional characteristics.Finally,according to the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the cities and Shandong province.The development of Shandong smart tourism city is in the stage of gradual promotion.Lacking of guidance can be exposed corresponding problems.The government taking the lead,building public service platform on information,forming risk information sharing by region,enhancing the attractiveness of resources as the starting point are needed to attach great importance in Shandong province.
