The huge amount of carbon dioxide emitted with mass production activities continues to cast a shadow over global climate change.The rapid accumulation of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere can lead to increased temperatures,which will destroy the balance of the entire ecosystem and cause disastrous consequences.In order to avoid all this will control the growth of carbon dioxide emissions.China's annual emissions of carbon dioxide in the world accounted for a large share,so the international community has a strong incentive to continue to exert pressure on our country.China is out of the stage of economic growth,the industrial structure is growing rapidly,and China's extensive economic growth patterns are often criticized,in this way of growth often do not form a healthy and healthy economic structure.Therefore,in order to achieve sustained economic growth,we need to change the mode of economic growth,adjust the industrial structure,to achieve industrial structure optimization.This process means reallocating resources,while improving economic efficiency,while also improving energy efficiency,can play a role in curbing carbon emissions.In this paper,the carbon emission reduction in Yunnan Province as the goal,through the energy resources to guide other resources in the industry to re-allocation,and guide the industrial structure adjustment,the release of carbon emission reduction potential.In this paper,the factors affecting the carbon emission in Yunnan Province are decomposed.The main reason for the increase of carbon emission is the sustained growth of energy demand.The technological progress,industrial structure and energy structure can be the reasons for the suppression of carbon emission.Technological progress has been a significant emission reduction effect,while the industrial structure has no significant emission reduction effect.Like the chemical industry,non-metallic mineral products and metal products manufacturing industry,the three major sectors are the main energy sector,and thus the main source of carbon emissions,their GDP in 2014,Yunnan Province,the ratio is 10.76%,emissions of carbon dioxide Accounting for 66.09% of total emissions.Although there is a general difference in the relationship between the output value of each sector and its carbon emissions,it is largely due to the technical characteristics of the industry itself,but there is still a strong industry such as Yunnan Province where the output value and carbon emissions are strong.Reasonable question.Based on the input-output model,this paper studies the industrial structure optimization process by adjusting the industrial structure to achieve the economic growth target and reduce the energy consumption target.The multi-objective programming model is transformed into a single-objective programming model by equalizing the economic growth target and energy consumption target.The optimization model gives the industrial structure adjustment plan of 2016-2020(the "thirteenth Five" period).After adjusting for industrial structure,it is predicted that the proportion of primary industry in Yunnan Province will be reduced to 9.86% by 2020,and the proportion of the secondary industry in the national economy will drop to 40.34%.The proportion of the tertiary industry in the national economy will significantly exceed The secondary industry accounted for 49.80%,a pillar industry in Yunnan Province economy.The total economic growth from 1,010.94 billion yuan in 2012 to 1928.39 billion yuan in 2020.Industrial structure adjustment of energy-saving emission reduction potential is reflected in the overall economic energy intensity reduction.Industrial structure adjustment to achieve the overall energy consumption in Yunnan Province from 2012 per million GDP consumption of 1.0120 tons of standard coal fell to 2020 per million GDP consumption of 0.6377 tons of standard coal.Energy intensity decreased by 36.99%.The results show that the total energy consumption consumed by Yunnan Province during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period is only 59.935 million tons of standard coal.If the energy consumption is calculated according to the energy consumption in 2012,235.4133 million tons of standard coal can be saved.Showing that industrial restructuring has a huge potential for energy conservation.
