Research On The Key Process Of Integrated Product Development In CM Communication Company

With the increasingly fierce competition,enterprises are increasingly aware of the important role of the research and development of the test to speed up the product to improve the market competitiveness of the product,market speed,enhance the market position of the enterprise.The research and development activities,due to the high technology,high risk,high in revenue and other characteristics of the management of R&D activities put forward high requirements.Communication products compared with traditional products,the design process is more creative,not standardized manufacturing,technology change rapidly,fierce market competition,the development process of the management work is particularly important.CM company to the communication infrastructure and basic communication products as the basis,the core competence of general information,the establishment of industry solutions in various industries,to help customers group communication services with high quality and high efficiency,but also provide excellent user experience for consumer products.Since the introduction of integrated product development(IPD)and trial,CM company has made some achievements,but there are also some problems.Through the analysis,we find that the demand management process of CM company is more rigid,the evaluation index system of IPD evaluation process is not perfect,the sharing platform is lack of incentive measures,and the performance evaluation of R&D personnel should be optimized.General management ideas and methods,combined with IPD,put forward the improvement suggestions:in the demand management process optimization identification,analysis and distribution sub processes,strengthen the construction of the evaluation index system of the benefit in the project stage,development stage,stage of life cycle,the internal product technology sharing platform for both sides sign a contract to enhance both service and benefit consciousness,according to the characteristics of R&D personnel,the establishment of performance evaluation system of R&D personnel.The author believes that through the introduction of CM company IPD test results analysis,can be used for reference for state-owned enterprises and the introduction of the telecommunications industry IPD.
