Since the 21 st century,the global health of the residents consumption rising year by year,the demand for health care products is very strong.In according to the international standard classification of 15 in the international industry,medical health care is one of the world's fastest growing industry of five trade,health care products sales growing at 14% a year.Facing the huge opportunity of health care products market at nation and abroad,taking the path of internationalization to develop overseas markets become related enterprise strategic choice.This article takes shan dong Qingdao Tailijian health care company as object to study the overseas marketing strategy.First in this paper related to strategic management theory and marketing theory,on the basis of these theory,combined with the current situation of the development of Qingdao Tailijian company and planning,using the method of SWOT to Qingdao Tailijian company to study the overseas market of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats as feasibility analyses,points out that the health product market both at our country and abroad companies face huge opportunity and the threat of intense competition,the internationalization of the road for overseas marketing is feasible,but must make full use of advantage and avoid weaknesses.Secondly on the basis of the theory of market segmentation,differentiation strategy and other theory,help the Tailijian health health products company to develop such as South Korea,Singapore and Russia three overseas target markets,these are analyzed in detail,combined with the three countriesrespective economy?culture and other factors,emphatically analyzes the pricing strategy in the target market and marketing mode,suggested the company according to different target markets take measures to local conditions to adopt different marketing strategies;Finally in this paper,the possible problems in QingDao Tailijian care products in the overseas marketing are analyzed and corresponding measures are put forward.In this paper,the study of overseas marketing strategy can make our healthy companies foster strengths and avoid weaknesses,improve market competitiveness,on the development of health products marketing and health care products industry has a certain significance,but also for a line of marketing personnel,managers and researchers,it also has certain reference significance.
