At present,our country is in the background of economic transformation and upgrading.The outline of the national long-term talent development plan(2010-2020)clearly put forward to that we focus on strategic entrepreneurs and managers,accelerate the enterprise management personnel professionalization,marketization,specialization and internationalization.As the backbone of the enterprise managers,the quality and ability of professional managers still are not enough to meet the job requirements at present.And the professional managers' training has not achieved the desired effect.At the same time,the studies of social network competency not only made remarkable achievements in theoretical research,but also has been well verified in practice since it was proposed.Therefore,this paper is necessary to construct the professional managers training system based on social network competence model and discuss how to improve the professional managers' abilities.Firstly,this paper reviews the concepts of professional managers and social network competence,and studies the theory of social network competence and training.Then it points out the current situation and existing problems of professional manager training,and analyzes the causes of these problens.Secondly,by means of literature study and behavioral event interview,this paper extracts the professional manager's social network competence elements.And a questionnaire is designed to make an investigation about them.Then through processing and analyzing the questionnaire by using SPSS and AMOS software,the social network competence model of professional managers which contains 8 factors is established,including network vision ability,network management ability,network relationship optimization ability,network learning and feedback ability.Finally,the paper leads social network competence model into the construction of the whole training system of professional managers,then discusses the application of social network competence and security measures systematically.Specifically,in the aspect of training needs evaluation,it suggests using the social network competence model to investigate the training demand.In the training content,the suitable training methods are selected according to the characteristics of social network competence and the difficulty training.The construction of professional manager training system based on the competency of social network is helpful to improve the new ideas and methods of professional manager training,and to promote the standardization and scientification of professional managers' training.
