Research On The Influence Factors Of The Development Of Big Data Industry In China

Data has become an important production resource,Big Data is one of emerging industries,its development can promote economic growth,at the same time through the"data driven" way to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries has important significance to realize the innovation and development of our country.However,Big data industry is a new concept proposed in recent years,related research is still not perfect and the research of development of Big Data industry on the influence factors of relatively is few,some scholars failed to build Big Data system the factors affecting the development of the industry evaluation index system.At the same time,the development of big data industry in China presents a different development path to the traditional industry:in Guizhou province,the weak industrial foundation,the big data industry is developing rapidly.As we can see,the big data industry may have different development influence factors compare with traditional industry.This paper first analyzes the relationship between Big Data,cloud computing and the Internet of things,as well as the internal mechanism of the formation of big data industry.Based on the theory of the development of emerging industries influence factors,combined with the characteristics of Big Data industry,analyzed the influence factors on the development of Big Data industry,the index system of Big Data industry influence factors from 7 aspects of the technical factors,business factors,personnel factors,capital factors,market factors,mode of policy environmental factors and infrastructure factors is established.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of the Big Data industry practitioners or researchers to obtain relevant data,using factor analysis method,extracting three common factors,namely intrinsic value factor,external environment factor and industry factor based.According to the factor scores obtained index weights of the factors influencing China's industrial development of Big Data,the analysis results show that the influence factors of China's industrial development of Big Data,according to the order of importance is the technical factors,business factors,mode of high-end talent capital factors and policy factors,environmental factors,and the relatively small infrastructure factors and the size of the market factors in the development of China's information industry impact.Next,according to the domestic and international influence of the development of Big Data industry factors comparative analysis,there is a common factor affecting the development of large data industry at home and abroad:Big Data technology research and development,capital investment,personnel training,Big Data applications,Big Data trading platform,the national industrial policy,Big Data privacy protection related laws and regulations and government efforts to open Big Data.The reason why Guizhou province can develop big data industry is not only by the energy and geography superiority but also paying attention to the key influencing factors of the big data industry development,which has certain enlighternment function for the region to realize the innovation development of the industrial foundation relatively backward.Compared with traditional industry,infrastructure factors and market scale factors play an important role in the development of big data industry.the reason is that the internet can greatly reduce the cost of time and space,the distribution of industrial chain in space is relatively loose,for the development of big data industry can be distributed in different places,therefore,the impact of infrastructure factors on the development of big data industry is weakened;The products of the big data industry are the products of knowledge and not physical form.through the transportation of the internet,the market boundary is greatly expanded,and the market factor is no longer the key factor deciding the agglomeration of big data industryFinally,based on the results of the previous analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the 5 key factors of the development of China's Big Data industry,and points out the deficiencies and research prospects.
