Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Learning On Entrepreneurial Persistence

Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the process of economic development,scientific and technological progress and cultural prosperity.Since the reform and opening up,entrepreneurs have seized opportunities,and a large number of private enterprises and individual business continue to emerge,which greatly boosts the economic development.And since the new normal,the central government has emphasized to activate the private economy for several times,so that we can promote the formation of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation " social atmosphere,and thus set off a nationwide wave of entrepreneurship.However,in the period of economic and social transformation,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the start-up enterprises are extremely difficult to survive,when the quality of entrepreneurs can not keep up with the development of enterprises,many entrepreneurs chose to give up regrettably.But as we all know,the success of entrepreneurship is closely related to persistence of entrepreneurs,and it needs the spirit of never give up even if in front of set back.Therefore,it becomes urgent to explore how to improve the ability of entrepreneurs so that they can persist notwithstanding.Based on the investigation and interview of entrepreneurs and the combing of domestic and foreign entrepreneurship,this paper creatively constructs a model of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial persistence.After statistical analysis of 324 valid questionnaires,the paper has tested the validity and reliability of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial persistence scale.At the same time,the regression analysis shows that empirical learning,cognitive learning,and practical learning have positive predictive effects on entrepreneurship persistence,and entrepreneurial competence plays a partial mediation role in experiential learning,cognitive learning and entrepreneurial persistence,while a complete mediation role in practice learning and entrepreneurship persistence.In addition,it also considers the following issues and analyzes their effects on entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial persistence:entrepreneur's gender,household registration,education and their understanding of external environment,the entrepreneurial passion,whether there is a entrepreneur in the family,whether they are satisfied with expected income,and the quantity of employeesin the enterprises.Accordingly,this study makes the recommendations that entrepreneurs should enhance their awareness of autonomous learning and strive to improve their entrepreneurial competence;and the government should maintain and optimize the existing package of supportive entrepreneurial policies;and that colleges and universities should strengthen the entrepreneurship education to the highly qualified personnel and particularly improve the interactive development between higher education institutions entrepreneurship education and public innovation spaces.The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects: firstly,the applicability of the entrepreneurial persistence scale in Chinese context has been verified.Clearly defined the connotation of entrepreneurial persistence,the study has added three items after interviewing in reference to foreign mature scale,and finally get the five-item entrepreneurial persistence scale after test,which will provide an effective measuring tool for entrepreneurial persistence research in domestic China.Secondly,I have constructed a model of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial persistence from the perspective of integrated theory of psychology,cognition and behavior,and have proven the mediation effect of entrepreneurship competence on cognitive learning,experiential learning,practical learning and entrepreneurial persistence.And I hope that the research on the influential factors and the mechanism of entrepreneurial persistence would make up for the defects of under-research on this important issue in domestic China.And thirdly,this paper has creatively proposed the strategy to improve the interactive development between higher education institutions entrepreneurship education and public innovation spaces,which will be conducive not only to optimizing the allocation of entrepreneurship education resources,but also to the formation of entrepreneurial cluster effect.And then we can eventually create entrepreneurial atmosphere and improve the entrepreneurship quality,in which way the study would provide theoretical guidance for innovation and entrepreneurship.
