Research On Agricultural Sci-tech Cooperation Mode Between Northwest China And Silk Road Economic Belt Front Section Countries

The development of modern agriculture and the strengthening of agricultural scientific and technological cooperation are important contents of the initiative of the Silk Road Economic Zone.Northwest China is currently facing the question of how to develop modern agriculture and sustainable agriculture.Agricultural science and technology is one of the effective ways and means to solve this problem.Northwest region and Silk Road countries in the region due to natural resources and agricultural technology,have their own advantages,strong complementarity,has great potential for cooperation,so the agricultural science and technology cooperation has a unique condition.Northwest region with the Silk Road economic zone strategic,and Silk Road countries to carry out agricultural science and technology cooperation,not only can make their own agricultural technology level has been improved,but also contribute to the development of the regional economy and promote the formation of regional economic integration.Under the new situation,grasping the direction of cooperation and analyzing the key areas of agricultural science and technology cooperation,and cooperating with the appropriate cooperation mode is the key to enhance the level of agricultural science and technology cooperation and enhance the cooperation effect.Based on the above background analysis,this paper focuses on the Northwest region and the five countries in Central Asia and Russia agricultural science and technology cooperation research.First of all,the author analyzes the current situation of the development of agricultural science and technology in the northwest and the five countries of Central Asia and Russia,and summarizes the characteristics of the development of agricultural science and technology.Then the paper analyzes the situation of agricultural science and technology cooperation between the northwest region and the five countries of Central Asia and Russia,and analyzes the existing problems of agricultural science and technology cooperation.And then use the diamond model to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural science and technology competitiveness in Northwest China.The paper uses the literature data and data to construct the agricultural science and technology competitiveness model to complete the quantitative analysis of agricultural science and technology competitiveness in Northwest China.Summed up the Northwest region and the five Central Asian countries and Russia's major agricultural science and technology cooperation model,analyzed the characteristics of the model.This paper proposes four kinds of agricultural science and technology cooperation model,namely: enterprise innovation cooperation alliance;equity mode of science and technology cooperation;joint research and development cooperation model;virtual cooperation model.The main role of these models is for the northwest of the agricultural enterprises to better go out,but because of the applicable conditions of each model is different,so companies should go out in the process of combining their own actual situation,the flexibility to choose a variety of Cooperation model,in order to achieve the goal of cooperation.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward.The main purpose is to provide a reference for enterprises to go out and carry out agricultural science and technology cooperation,so as to improve the probability and effect of enterprises going out.
