Study On Industry Competitiveness Of County Economy In Hefei Area

The 30 years of reform and opening up is the golden period of the urban for economic rapidly developing,and economic structure for rapidly forming period in the urban and rural.At the same time of developing urban economy,we give up county economy development,therefore the urban-rural wealth gap has been widening,for the city's strong "siphon effect" on the county.However,in today's urban and rural integration,to develop the county economy,economic construction is gradually from city to county.The key to develop county economy is to improving the industry competitiveness of county economy.Based on regional economics and the theory of the industrial competitiveness,from the characteristics,mode and definition of the development of county economy,the article considers that the county economy although belong to the category of regional economy,but is the most basic economic units in the national economy and is a comprehensive economic system.In addition,this paper argues that the county economy is subject to restrictions such as resources,population and market,volume is not large,so it should rely on its own resource advantage,location advantage to taking the path of "industrialization".Due to the county economy volume is not large and industrial structure is simple,considering with the practical situation of industry of the county economy with Chinese characteristics we summarize into two factors that affect the competitiveness of industry of the county economy,industrial structure and industrial cluster factors,especially based on the factors of industrial structure as the focus of the industry competitiveness analysis.At the last we make theoretical analysis to the development of county economy and evolution of industrial structure,summarizing the general trend of the county industrial structure evolution.Based on the above theoretical basis,from the situation of industrial structure of Hefei county,this paper analyze industrial structure,rationalization and isomorphism and then use the Shift-share method on the basis of Hefei from growth effect,structure effect and competitiveness effect studying on the industry of the county economy competitiveness.At last the paper points out the problems existing in the current Hefei county industry development,then put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
