WN Fire is a modern enterprise integrating R & D,production and sales of fire fighting equipment.It is listed in Zhejiang Equity Trading Center in 2012.Over the years,access to city-level awards in 2011 the company according to business transformation and upgrading needs,developed a enterprise strategic planning and product architecture,industrial cylinders and intervention fire engineering,in these three areas development of.However,in the rapid development of performance appraisal system,there are many problems,do not meet the requirements of enterprise development strategy.Management began to pay attention to employees in the WN fire professional development and corporate R & D capabilities.Therefore,I believe that the performance evaluation of enterprises can not only focus on financial indicators,but should be introduced in the performance evaluation of a more comprehensive and advanced balanced scorecard.First of all,the paper introduces the concept of performance appraisal and related theories,and then expatiates relevant content and finds the relevant theoretical basis for the application of WN fire performance evaluation system.Then,the author of WN fire performance management status of the current focus on financial performance on other aspects of little attention,and pointed out that there are many problems.Then,the performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard is constructed,which includes three levels: company level,department level and staff level.The performance evaluation system of WN Fire is introduced in this paper..Finally,the writer puts forward her own opinion on the scoring method and daily management of the system.In this paper,based on the Balanced Scorecard,WN Fire Design Department for a new set of performance evaluation system,hoping to cause more managers to consider the various angles to promote the evaluation of business performance is fair and comprehensive,more incentive to promote business More long-term development.
