Nowadays,the development of chemical industry plays more critical role for China economy growth.China government invests more and more for the domestic chemical industry and introduces series of policies and regulations to facilitate the growth of the industry.That brings more opportunities for chemical companies to grow fast.Meanwhile,besides opportunities,chemical companies face cruel competitions when their business is under rapid expansion.In order to improve the competitiveness,more and more companies are aware the value of human resources management.Therefore,the value of salary of incentives.However,in practice,it is difficult For enterprises to create a salary incentive mechanism which can match their real needs.Enterprises need to establish effective incentive system,in the premise of the human cost effective control of enterprises,and constantly improve the attractiveness of the enterprise,to ensure the stability of staff,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes company's core staff as the research object.Understand the operation of the enterprise organizational structure and the available human resources.Investigate the status of company's core staff salary incentive regulation.Analyze potential issues of existing system and identify the root cause.In order to solve the existing problems and generate an effective incentive solution,this paper uses classic salary incentive theory and establishes the system guidelines.Finally creates company F's salary incentive system to really meet their needs at current stage.This paper brings practical solution to constantly improve the core staff salary incentive management effectiveness.This is also valuable For similar enterprises in chemical industry.
