In the current international situation, the major economies adopt innovation as an important path of economic growth. From the macro level of our country,in recent years innovation and development has been promoted as the important development national strategy-an innovation-oriented national strategy, the primary one is the Internet industry which is the most representative aspect. In 2015,the Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "action plan of Internet +" and adopted the " action guidance of Internet +",driven by the Internet innovation atmosphere, the society appeared a more equitable entrepreneurial environment and investment model. In March 30,2016,The State Council executive meeting examined and adopted the "Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration development plan",which marks the Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration development plan as a national strategy;hopes to promote regional economic development in the hinterland by providing new poles of economic growth in Chengdu Chongqing area. Therefore, this thesis took the small and medium-sized "Internet +" enterprises in Chengdu and Chongqing as the research objects, and explores the innovation characteristics and the disadvantaged factors of these "Internet +” small and medium-sized enterprises. This thesis based on the methods of existing literatures and interview analysis summed up each indicators of innovation driving forces and risk control and innovation performance of the small and medium-sized "Internet +" enterprises, explored the relationship between innovation driving forces and innovation performance by the method of a questionnaire survey. In addition,we examined the moderating effects of risk control variables on the relationships between the innovation driving forces and innovation performance.First,we made the test scale of survey questionnaire by using the methods of interview and expert discussion then tested the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire scale. After that,we reconstructed the structure of the independent variable by using a factor analysis. On this basis,a formal model and questionnaire was redesigned; Then based on the small and medium-sized enterprises directory on the official website of the Chengdu and Chongqing state administration for industry and commerce, from which we selected the internet related companies as the target samples. Then we designed and sent out the questionnaires and collected and the data again. Finally, this thesis used the statistical software to analyze the reliability and validity of the sample data in the statistical analysis. The hypotheses were tested using OLS regression, with moderated regression analysis being used to test for interaction effects. The control variables, independent variables, moderator variables, and interaction terms were sequentially entered into the regression equation in four separate steps. Results indicate that three of the four innovation driving forces are significantly predictive of innovation performance.Secondly risk control is positively related to innovation performance.Third the risk control variables on the relationships between the enterprise business management driven force and innovation performance have significantly effect, but for the enterprises own competitiveness, own resources and external influences,on the relationships between each of them with innovation performance, risk control is negatively related to them.At last, the implications of these results in relation to innovation driving forces and corporate innovation theory and practice are discussed.
