Study On The Influencing Factors Affecting The Life Satisfaction Of Farmers' Centralized Living Satisfaction In Anhui Province

As the beginning of the economic system reform in our country,the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the population flow to cities from the rural mass,city scale unceasingly expands,the original has been unable to adapt to the development of the city,urban land in order to solve this contradiction,the government actively promote farmers' concentration living,this is the important measures to promote urban and rural integration.But the study of farmers' concentration living compare deficient,practice experience is not rich enough.So in the economic developed areas(jiangsu)started the positive exploration and practice,thus also farmers' concentration living by the theory into reality.Under the push of the new rural construction in government,across the country pulled open the prelude to the new rural construction,actively integrating natural villages,vigorously promote the farmers' concentration living,and achieved some good results.In the central and western regions of our country,economic development level and the developed region difference is very big,but less than one intensified as coastal developed areas.Both in the economic development level is relatively backward areas in the Midwest,change of rural landscape,guide farmers' concentration living is an important subject.In recent years,with the development of mainland economy,the central and western regions began to draw lessons from the advanced experience of developed areas,to farmers'concentration living started his practice.As a big agricultural province,anhui province in advancing the process of farmers' concentration living shows its own characteristics,in order to further understand the influence satisfaction influencing factors of farmers' concentration living in anhui province,this research adopts the form of questionnaire investigation and interview on three areas in anhui province based on the empirical research,using the factor analysis model,factors affecting the degree of satisfaction of farmers' concentration living in anhui province is analyzed,in order to study the effects of different factors on the concentration living satisfaction degree.The first part is the introduction.The structure and framework of the full text as well as the significance of the study.The second part introduces the present situation and existing problems of farmers' concentration living in anhui province.Through on-the-spot investigation questionnaire data analysis,found that after the farmers' concentration living in anhui province increased the farmers' employment,convenient for farmers' employment,changed the family income structure,improve the living environment,changed the way farmers daily entertainment,all kinds of community activities began to rise in the aspect of interpersonal communication,interpersonal circle does not shrink,because of "live form harmonious neighborhood relationship still.From the perspective of sociology,the farmers' concentration living is one of the resocialization process,thefarmers' living environment,Jiving habits,production skills,ideas have taken place in a transformation,so in life,psychology,from three aspects of this community is still a lot of problems.The third part mainly in three areas in anhui province based on survey data source,after that to the test data,and then build a factor analysis model to analyze survey data,the last is obtained by model analysis the result of the empirical conclusions.This part of the paper's research focus on smart.There are many factors influencing the rural concentration living satisfaction,finally through factor analysis on the main three common factor,respectively is "administrative service-factor" "life convenience factor" "community to adapt to the factor",according to the weight at last three common factor influence degree sequence for "adaptive factor" community"administrative service factor" "life convenience factor".The fourth part is the main conclusion and the countermeasure analysis,according to the result of the third part of the factor analysis model to summarize the conclusion,and aiming at the existing problem of concentrated in the second part and the third part is the analysis of the results give the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.n this paper,10 farmers in Anhui Province,1121 farmers concentrated residential community as a sample,it described the living conditions of farmers concentrated residential areas in Anhui Province,the four main aspects of employment and economy,community construction,cultural life and social patterns;starting from life,community and psychological three aspects,from the Perspective of farmers and government in Anhui Province,summarized the current centralized residence of farmers in the construction of community problems;and through the analysis method of explore factor analysis and confirmatory factor,has carried on the exploration to the Anhui Province farmers concentrated residential life satisfaction.On the basis of this,we can put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote and perfect the peasants' concentrated living in Anhui province from the two angles of the government and the peasants.
