Study On Enterprise's Technovation Capability And Its Major Realization Way

On the whole,this has been the way of high putting into,high comsuming,low output,low efficiency in our country economics development for long-term.This way is owe to not thinking highly of technovation and changing from technique achievement to industry.Therefore, at present,it is urgent responsibility to enhance technovation and to raise technovation capability in our country economics development. On account of the investigation of the present situation of 78 enterprises's technovation capability in Soochow,Wuxi,Nanking,Taizhou,Yanzhou,Xuzhou etc, this paper analyzes the major influence factor of enterprise's technovation capability and the reason of leading to the weak of Jiangsu enterprise's technovation capability. This paper constructs an index system of evaluation and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach for enterprise's technovation capability and suggests the major Way of enhancing enterprise's technovation capability,include of bringing up a team of the high capability enterprisers and a team techniquce talented men;enhancing the main body position of enterprise and speeding up changing from technique achievement to to industry;the construction of informmation is the key point of raising technovation capability;consummation the macroscopic management of enterprise's technovation capability.
