Research On The Existing Problems And Solutions Of Land Acquisition And Demolition In Beijing Metro Transportation

With the development of economy,the rapid development of urban and rural integration has become an irreversible form,this process involves a great number of studies on land acquisition,land acquisition and demolition of the research on rail transportation be too numerous to enumerate,but land acquisition is very rare.This paper attempts to analyze the existing problems of the land acquisition and demolition of Beijing rail transit from the unique perspective.The main research methods are literature retrieval,comparison,case study,interview,questionnaire and game analysis.By citing the questionnaire and case,analysis of the current Beijing city rail transit land acquisition problems is lower standard of compensation,procedure defects,social security imbalances and government credibility decline.The bargaining between the two sides of the game is based on the interests of both sides,but in view of the waiting cost should be a win-win for the end.At the end of the game the two sides countermeasure analysis,suggested that the government should appropriately raise the compensation standards,standardized procedures,comprehensive consideration of social security,strengthen the city planning and coordination,actively handling the remaining problems,efforts to enhance the credibility of the government,demolition land to take an active part in various measures,strengthen supervision,to support the individual to participate in the construction of illegal behavior.
