In recent years,the popularity of network technology and the development of economic globalization make cross-border e-commerce develop vigorously.As is known to all,the development of cross-border e-commerce depends on strong economic purchasing power and the progress of Internet technology.ln 2016,China's gross domestic product is more than 74 trillion,ranked second in the world after the United States,internet users up to 721 million all cross the country,Internet penetration is more than 52.3%,the huge data provides cross-border e-commerce development possibilities limitless.In 2016 the overall scale of China's cross-border e-commerce logistics market more than 1.9 trillion,contributing to the added value of the logistics industry in our country for nearly 17%of the share.The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce put forward higher request on cross-border logistics,the overall level of development of the cross-border logistics at the present stage in China,late-start,cost-high,low level of infrastructure construction and management,lack of professional and technical personnel and other issues always bothering cross-border e-commerce enterprises and logistics companies in China.Cross-border logistics development level are the important factors which restrict the development of the cross-border e-commerce in the long run,which worth our further discuss on how cross-border logistics development in the future.Cross-border e-commerce as a quick way to trade,only by combine virtual and entity can show its overall value,cross-border logistics can improve the efficiency of cross-border e-commerce,coordinating cross-border e-commerce development goals and expand it's influence.How to do with cross-border e-commerce logistics and solution the problem of it,it is a pressing task to improve.Based on a lot of reading on cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics relevant information,using questionnaire collected 168 data of 14 index successfully,then use the SPSS data analysis software to do analyze with the obtained data,can find out five main factors,build cross-border logistics index system of influencing factors successfully.We can according to the construction of index system of influencing factors of cross-border logistics put forward improvement opinions more targeted on cross-border logistics,so that it can make a better development in the future.
