Research On The Implementation Effect Of The New Grain Subsidy Policy

The grain subsidy policy is to further promote food production,protect the comprehensive grain production capacity,the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain and increase farmers' income,according to the national financial subsidy standards and the actual grain planting area,direct subsidies to farmers,but also in many countries especially developed countries generally use policy.Since 2004,the state has implemented the crop seed subsidies,direct subsidies to grain farmers and agricultural subsidies policy to promote grain production and farmers'income,play a positive role in promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas.2015,approved by the State Council,made clear in 2016,in the country to fully open the agriculture "three subsidies" to reform agriculture "three subsidies"(crop seed subsidies,direct subsidies to grain farmers,agricultural subsidies)with the support and protection of agriculture subsidies,the moderate scale management of farmland protection and food.In this context,what about the effect of new food subsidies?This is a question worth digging into.This study attempts to make a concrete analysis of the relevant problem of the effect of the new food subsidy policy.There are undoubtedly important theoretical and realistic values.The study was divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background,research significance,literature review,research idea,main content and method of research,etc.The second part focuses on the importance of food subsidies,the historical development process and the content and objectives of the new food subsidy policy.The third part is based on the investigation of L township,and summarizes the effect of the new grain subsidy policy in L township from the positive and the insufficient.The fourth focuses on the policy itself,policy enforcement and policy environment to analyze the impact of the new grain subsidies in the country.The fifth part,based on the reasons,proposed concrete measures to improve the policy of new food subsidies..
