After 80,90 has become the main force in the workplace.They want to work in the leadership of the equal treatment,I hope I can have a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere of work;at the same time have a strong spirit of innovation,look forward to the achievements in their careers.The new generation of employees is more interested in the pursuit of inner happiness and attention to work,rather than just pay attention.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the work well-being of employees.The study found that people with a strong sense of happiness are more likely to work hard at work,are more likely to develop creative solutions,and respond positively when they are in trouble.At the same time,the rate of absenteeism and turnover of the happy employees is lower,which shows that the higher organizational commitment is conducive to the formation of a happy atmosphere of the organization,which is significantly related to productivity,profit margin and job performance.Therefore,the study of happiness has a certain significanceThere are many factors that affect the work of happiness,some scholars classified,there are individual factors,job factors and organizational factors,which influence organizational factors can regulate other factors on happiness,more research is focused on organizational climate and perceived organizational support,organizational support and I think is too general,should be a little bit more specific.In the organization,the direct supervisor led the work rhythm within the Department,the relationship between each other,so the direct supervisor determines the overall feeling of employees to an organization.The staff of the new era is different from the previous employees,they are very focused on the interaction between the direct leadership,hoping to be treated equally.A large number of studies show that the direct leadership of the sense of humor directly affect whether they are willing to join the organization,practice also shows that employee turnover behavior associated with their direct supervisors,so the employee's direct supervisor in the organization has a direct impact on their work in the organization of the perception of happiness.Therefore,this paper will study the moderating effects of supportive leadership on the relationship between psychological capital and job well-beingIn this paper,in the form of a questionnaire survey of 195 employees,85 after the investigation,the study found that Chinese under the situation of psychological capital is composed of transactional psychological capital and guanxi oriented psychological capital,transactional psychological capital and job well-being was positively related to interpersonal psychological capital and job well-being positivelycorrelated,support leadership and work happiness is positively related to relationship between support leadership adjustment transactional psychological capital and job well-being,the relationship between support leadership regulating interpersonal psychological capital and job well-being.
