Research On The Incentive Of Scientific Researchers In CA Research Institute

Scientific and technological innovation plays an important role in the progress of the society and the development of the industry.As the main participants and contributors of scientific and technological innovation,scientific researchers have become the focus of the talent competition.In the background of knowledge innovation and the rapid development of science and technology,it refers to the innovation ability and scientific research level of scientific research institutes which can fully mobilize the initiative and creativity of scientific researchers or not,so as to make full use of their abilities.CA Research Institute is a scientific research institution,and scientific researchers are the core talents for the development of scientific research.Although the CA Research Institute has carried out some incentive policies and measures for years,it still has many problems with scientific researcher incentive,such as egalitarianism,the general concept of distribution,targets of incentive is not strong,etc.,which seriously affected the enthusiasm of basic scientific researchers,and also caused the loss of outstanding talents.During the new period of strengthening the nuclear science and technology innovation in China,CA Research Institute is facing unprecedented opportunities for development,and the status and role of scientific researchers and leading talents particularly highlights in the unit development.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a new way to incentive the scientific researchers to meet the needs of the development of scientific research during the new stage.This paper focuses on the incentive problems of scientific researchers in CA Research Institute.First,the paper analyzes the current situation of scientific researchers of CA Research Institute,and summarizes the problems and deficiencies in the incentive;Second,the paper summarizes the characteristics of scientific research and researchers of CA Research Institute,and makes a questionnaires on the satisfaction degree of scientific researchers and make a further studies on their opinions and suggestions about incentive measures;at last,based on the analysis on the present situation and the investigation results,with incentive theories,the paper presents the improvement measures of scientific researcher incentive in five aspects,i.e.,compensation,promotion,training and working environment etc.Therefore the paper provides some ideas and methods to CA Research Institute to further improve the incentive effect of scientific researchers and improve incentive policies.
