Since entering into the 21st century,the competition is getting much fierce in the society,and all in all,the cruelest is the competition of talent in all industries.The company not only needs experienced employees,but also has huge needs for those fresh graduates who are ready to step out of the university,which provides strong drive and solid cornerstone for company development.Campus recruitment shoulders the task to realize company long term goal,optimize staff structure,establish talent team etc.,which has critical strategic meaning for the company.Campus recruitment is now involved in the plan and implementation of human resources strategy,and closely related to the other human resources modules,like Planning,C&B,and Training etc.The long period of the project-2 months for research and preparation phase,6 months for implementation phase,6 months for feedback and maintenance phase-needs company to work out a detailed and feasible project plan.The quality of the campus recruitment is influenced by many factors:the preparation and promotion in phase one,the company situation and outside national policy/regulation change etc.During the whole process,campus talk is the most important and the most direct way to attract students to apply for the positions.With direct face to face talk and promotion,students have good opportunity to understand the company culture,business module,and work content.The success of the campus talk impacts the quality and quantity of applicants directly.With the use of literature consulting,information induction,data analysis and SWOT analysis,based on the strategic human resources management theory,Trait-Factor theory,achievement motivation theory,talent assessment theory,this paper analyzes the status and the problems existed in the campus recruitment process in company A in terms of the 4 stages-research,preparation,implementation and feedback:unclear budget,insufficient project team members,hard control on promotion effect,slow in interview response,less reasonable process in group interview,less effectiveness of online test,poor interview skill of interviewer,high turnover rate,lack of feedback and review system.Regarding those problems existed in the project,this paper put forward put forward some optimization action plan to solve the problems:involve members from business department to establish the project team,work out the budget based on previous project expenses,establish the good relationship with universities,improve the employer branding and influence,make use of social media as one of the promotion method which is closer to the way that after 90s'like,expedite the interview result feedback and improve candidates' experience,deliver training to interviewers on the interview skill,re-set the group interview topic,process and assessment criteria,establish afterwards feedback and review system to establish a complete,scientific and systematic campus recruitment processAs we analyze,implement and optimize the process of Company A's campus recruitment process,we know that he work of Human Resources management can't be expected to achieve overnight.The human resources management people should closely observe the company development and outside market change,make use of updated human resources recruitment technics and concepts.Once they find any issues with the recruitment process and system,they shall flow with the trends,review,destroy and re-build the process proactively.Use scientific talent assessment method and tolls to continuously upgrade and improve the efficiency and level of human resources work.
