With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of the two or three industry,The number of farmer are growing which attracted by higher income levels of the non-agricultural sector, and the enthusiasm of grain is reduced, leading to the phenomenon of partial land abandonment or extensive operation. The new type Land Trust in this context appearance. This pattern can achieve land moderate scale operation and development of modern agriculture.Meanwhile, the Land Trust can optimize the land, integrate of resources, and improve the efficiency of grain production to a certain extent.Corn is one of the main grain crops in China, while Liaoning Province is one of the main corn production areas in China. This paper takes Liaoning Province as an example to study the effect of Land Trust on corn production efficiency. In order to better study the impact of land custody on corn production efficiency, this paper according to the theory, through literature and research farmers and agricultural cooperatives in Liaoning Province.By using 208 sample data obtained through research, individual characteristics of farmers, family characteristics,Land Trust features and the average yield, the planting size of Liaoning Province, were descriptive statistical analyzed. Then, the efficiency of corn production and its influencing factors in Liaoning Province were studied by DEA-Tobit model.Firstly,by using the DEA method,in the case of output indicators are corn production and farm income, measured the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and returns to scale of corn production in the input and divided by different dimensions;and revealed the situation on input factors of corn production in Liaoning Province in recent years, and adjusted the amount of redundancy.Secondly, the Tobit model was used to further analyze the influencing factors of corn production efficiency. The results show that:Land Trust rise time is shorter, and have not been widely understood by farmers. The level of corn production efficiency is not the best, there are over-investment problems.Among samples,Dalian is relatively inefficient in other regions, and the comprehensive efficiency of Shenyang,Yingkou and Chaoyang is relatively good.At present,in the scale of increasing returns, indicating that the scale of small grain cultivation, can continue to expand the scale.Farmers' marital status, household agricultural labor force, proportion of agricultural income, agricultural cost, custodian, and custodian costs all significantly affect maize productivity at 1%level,the degree of difficulty to obtain talent and managed area are significant at 5%.Among them, the farmer's marital status, proportion of agricultural income, land trust area,Land Trust's degree and the degree of difficulty to obtain talent have a positive impact, and farmers individual characteristics variable as age, cultural level, organization characteristics variable such as agricultural cooperatives scale, the demonstration, the degree of difficulty to obtain funds and whether to participate in agricultural insurance have no significant effect on corn production efficiency. In general,Land Trust has a positive effect on improving corn production efficiency.Based on the results of the study, this paper presents the following recommendations for the promotion of Land Trust and improving the efficiency of corn production. The government should increase the propaganda, expand the scale of cultivation to achieve large-scale economy, promote investment in agricultural equipment and facilities, moderately reduce the cost of Land Trust, reasonably allocate agricultural resources, encourage talent to enter the agricultural cooperatives and other Land Trust organizations.
