As a private enterprise mainly engaged in the operation of e-commerce industrial park,Pangoo company has to maintain its own competitive advantages and sustained business growth in the face of fierce market competition,which is crucial to the performance growth requirements of account managers.Performance appraisal is a direct means to motivate employees and an effective measure to achieve business objectives.The focus of this paper is how to improve the performance of account managers by optimizing the existing performance appraisal program of account managers,so as to give full play to the human benefits of the enterprise,so as to maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise and realize the stable and rapid development of the enterprise.Account manager performance evaluation scheme based on Pangoo company as the research content,based on the current situation of Pangoo company account manager performance evaluation questionnaire survey and the interview analysis,found that Pangoo company account manager performance evaluation scheme is not science,performance indicators set weight distribution biased,performance communication and feedback mechanism is not sound,performance results ineffective use of chaos,evaluation process,lead the customer manager to become a mere formality,goes against the company to implement the purpose of the account manager performance evaluation.On this basis,this article on the basis of performance evaluation related theory and incentive theory,according to the principle of fairness and justice,combining with the actual situation of Pangoo company,plan the assessment of customer manager in the assessment index,weight,communication feedback mechanism,result,process management and so on five aspects are optimized,by expert scoring index to extract,the assessment of customer manager the optimal sequence can be compared to the method to adjust the weight ratio,establishing performance communication and feedback mechanism,transfer problems timely in the process of performance appraisal,more conducive to performance improvement.It attaches importance to the application of performance results,closely relates the assessment results to the individual interests of account managers,and designs corresponding implementation safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of account managers’ performance appraisal optimization plan.After optimizing the performance appraisal program for account managers of Pangoo company,we can further tap the potential of human resources on the basis of activating the existing talents,and improve the working enthusiasm and effectiveness of account managers of Pangoo company.At the same time,it can also provide an intuitive reference for the talent echelon construction of Pangoo’s account manager position.
