Empirical Research On The Intention And Influencing Factors About Returning Hometown Employment Of Bozhou College Students

"Employment is the foundation of the people’s life",must"promote higher quality employment"was mentioned in the report of 18th CPC National Congress,it can be seen that promote employment has important practical significance.With the number of university graduates rising,it is increasing employment pressure that college students have to faced with.To alleviate employment pressure of college studentsand guide college students to achieve reasonable employment,at the same time,to inject fresh blood and provide intellectual support for regional economic and social development,attracting college students to return hometown employment has become the focus attention of the local party committees and governments.So,it has important practical significance to study the college students returning hometown employment.The study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly explains the research background and significance of the article,and combs the domestic and foreign research status or research trends,then introduces the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the related concepts definition and theoretical basis,which mainly defines the concepts involved in this study,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the research.The third chapter introduces the general situation of Bozhou,then the policies of Bozhou attracting college students to return hometown employment is introduced.The research design and process are introduced in the fourth chapter.The intention about returning hometown employment and influencing factors of Bozhou college students returning home are analyzed,that is,analyze the questionnaire data by using SPSS analysis software,researching factors that influence Bozhou students return hometown employment.The fifth chapter is mainly introduces domestic and foreign related policy experience.In foreign policy part,South Korea and India these two countries are selected,measures about attracting overseas talents to return home of these countries are introduced;in domestic policy part,Fuxin Liaoning Province,Taizhou Jiangsu Province are selected,the policies of the cities in promoting college students employment are introduced,then the relevant experiences and inspirations are summed up.The sixth chapter is suggestions about promoting Bozhou students return hometown employment,which is put forward mainly from perspective of the government,colleges,family and students.The purpose of this study is analyze the employment intention and influencing factors of Bozhou students returning hometown,the author uses the literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods to collect relevant data.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,the employment intention about returning hometown of Bozhou college students is low,the students tend to go to the cities with high economic development level employment,and the employment choices are biased towards stable work founded.Using SPSS chi-square test method to analyze the factors that affect the intention about returning hometwn employment of Bozhou college students,finding the factors including individual factors,family factors,economic factors and cultural factors.The individual factors mainly reflected in the gender of college students,the level of education,the type of university and the understanding level of policy about talent attraction of Bozhou;family factors mainly show the nature of household registration,the overall relationship between college students and families,family attitude towards return hometown employment,family income level;economic factors mainly including the salary,infrastructure,work development space;Social and cultural factors mainly manifested in social security,social environment and ideological bias and so on.After the cross analysis of influencing factors,logistic regression analysis is used to study and analyze the influencing direction of the factors.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of govemment,universities,family and students,so as to achieve the goal of promoting more college students of Bozhou household registration return hometown employment.
