With China's current economic development,people's income level and living standards improve,travel,conference travel and other become more and more common,accompanied by an increase in the number of hotels,but due to the increased competition,management of the hotel industry also toward specialization management direction,and performance management as the one of the important means of management has also been more and more widely used.But it is undeniable that the current performance management of hotels in China there are still many outstanding issues,such as performance management and corporate strategy and culture fit enough,to set performance goals and the necessity of a lack of flexibility,job analysis is not clear,performance Management communication is not smooth,performance appraisal time is not appropriate,insufficient transparency of performance appraisal and so on.In this paper,S hotel's case,analysis of problems arising from their performance management process,the causes of these problems are described,and to solve these problems and to provide policy recommendations.Through this study,intended to serve two purposes:first,to find performance management among hotels in the problems and propose solutions to these problems;Second,make enterprise performance management can be a certain degree optimization,so that the human resource management of the majority of hotels has been improved,so as to promote the use of scientific management means to achieve maximum results.
