Research On The Regional Differences And Influencing Factors Of Technological Innovation Efficiency Of High-tech Industry In China

High-tech industry is a kind of industry with high technology,talent and fund concentration,,its technological progress and technological innovation play an important role in the transformation of China's economic development mode,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and the cultivation of strategic emerging industries.Implementing innovation driven development strategy,promoting the development of high-tech industries,promoting the construction of an innovative country,To promote the rapid and healthy development of China's economy.This paper takes the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry as the starting point,the regional differences and its causes of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China are analyzed in detail,on the basis of the above research,we empirically test the influencing factors and influence path of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry,some feasible countermeasures are put forward to improve the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry,specific research contents are as follows:The first chapter is introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the background and meaning of this paper,then it introduces the research content and research framework,finally,this paper concludes the main innovations.The second chapter is literature review.This chapter focuses on the literature review of domestic and foreign research on the technical innovation efficiency of high-tech industry,the regional difference of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry and the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency of high tech industry.The third chapter is the summary of the technical innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China.This chapter first introduces the connotation of high-tech industry and technology innovation efficiency,then explaining the Malmquist index of China's high-tech industry,the decomposition of Malmquist index and its contribution rate of growth in 2002-2014 from the overall level,the regional level,the industry level in detail,finally,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of innovation and development of high-tech industry in China.The fourth chapter is about the characteristics of regional differences of technological innovation efficiency of China's high-tech industries.In this chapter,we mainly use the methods of global spatial autocorrelation,trend surface analysis and so on,this paper presents the characteristics and trend of technological innovation efficiency of high tech industry in China during 2002-2014,ArcGIS software is used to demonstrate the evolution of the overall regional structure of China's high-tech industry,the evolution chart shows that the overall level of innovation efficiency is still not high enough,speed is not fast enough,regional innovation activity needs to be further improved.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of the factors influencing the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China.This chapter is based on the results of the previous chapter,the results show that there are some differences on the regional innovation efficiency and the overall innovation efficiency is not high,identify and examine the factors that affect the innovation efficiency of China's high-tech industry,they are factors of innovation,industrial organization,institutional environment and foreign trade,the main influencing factors are analyzed theoretically.On the basis of theoretical analysis,after completing the setting model and the measurement of the aggregated variables,using Stata 12.0 software and technical innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in 28 provinces of China in 2002-2014,all variables been descriptive statistics,using fixed effects model,doing some empirical analysis on the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency of high tech industry in China,influencing factors affecting the efficiency of regional technological innovation and the influence path of the above factors.In the empirical results of influencing factors,the regression coefficients of innovation performance variables,innovation intensive variable,firm size variable and foreign direct investment variable are positive and the variables were passed the significance test,the regression coefficient of the degree of government support was positive but did not pass the significance test;in the empirical test results of the impact approach,the factors of innovation and industrial organization mainly influence the Technical Efficiency Change by affecting the Scale Efficiency Change,In the end,it will affect the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry;Institutional environmental factors have no significant impact on the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry;foreign trade factors mainly affect the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry by affecting Technical Change.Finally,the influence factors are added one by one to test the robustness,the robustness and reliability of the empirical model and results are verified by the test results.The sixth chapter is basic conclusions,countermeasures and prospects.This chapter first makes a basic summary of the research conclusions of the full text,one is the analysis of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China at three levels,one is the regional difference of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China,one is the influencing factors and influence path of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in our country.Then,the paper puts forward six countermeasures according to the above empirical research results,promoting the industrialization of innovation achievements,establishing and improving the intellectual property system,creating an innovative atmosphere and stimulate innovation vitality,strengthen the management of technology introduction and pay attention to digestion,absorption and innovation,make full use of scale effect and optimize innovation efficiency,adjusting the policy of economic extroversion and giving full play to the positive role of technology spillover,improving the management level of high-tech enterprises,promoting technical efficiency.Finally,this paper aims at the two shortcomings of research data and research level,corresponding,this paper puts forward two prospects.
