Research On Genetically Modified Food Safety Supervision Of Fujian Province

Genetically modified food can solve the food problem in many areas,improve economic efficiency,but the potential risk of eating?ecological environment exists.In view of the situation in Fujian,we need to be genetically modified food promotion and development,while maintaining prudent and effective prevention and control of food safety risks.This study selected Fujian GM food safety supervision as the research object,the integrated use of literature research,comparative research methods,drawing on food safety,government regulation theory,transfer status of GM food safety regulators from Fujian Province starting by collecting,obtaining objective material,combined with genetically modified rice supervision case,the advantages and disadvantages of genetically modified food safety supervision in Fujian,learn from the advanced experience of other countries and regions in the scientific development and sustainable development perspective proposed to strengthen supervision of genetically modified food safety in Fujian feasible measures.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part describes the background and significance of this paper,review current research,describes the research ideas and methods,and features and innovations of this study;The second part of the definition of transgenic technology,genetically modified food and genetically modified food safety and other related concepts,and elaborate food safety?Lemon Market Theory and government regulation theory content;The third part introduces the current situation of the safety supervision of genetically modified foods in Fujian Province from the aspects of regulatory authorities and supervision system,and finds out the existing problems of supervision:the existence of regulatory rules for the regulation of genetically modified food in Fujian Province is unknown and the corresponding local laws and regulations are not regulated.Clear,the means of supervision and control of a single,the lack of appropriate technical research and other issues.To analyze the causes of the problem.The fourth part by providing an overview and comparison of typical area in the US,the EU,Japan,Taiwan and other GM food safety regulatory system to give enlightenment to Fujian GM food safety supervision,namely improving the legal norm system and regulatory system and establish a scientific identity traceability system and regulatory system,improve the social pluralistic governance and information disclosure system and so on;The fifth part puts forward the guiding principle and countermeasure of strengthening the safety supervision of genetically modified food in Fujian province.Firstly,guided by the principle of rational development,the principle of risk prevention,the principle of right of knowing and the principle of autonomy,the principle of safety supervision of transgenic food in Fujian Province is clarified.Secondly,from the government regulatory system,industry associations,external supervision and other aspects of the construction of Fujian Province,the regulatory system of genetically modified food safety.The third is from the sound regulatory standards,traceability system,recall system,international identification system,real-time monitoring system,early warning mechanism and other aspects of Fujian Province to improve the safety of genetically modified food safety system.The fourth is to encourage and support some disciplines in subject research,testing technical specifications,nurturing talents and strengthening popular science work.From the above aspects to further improve GM food safety supervision to promote the orderly development of genetically modified foods in Fujian Province.
