Study On The Factors Influencing The “Broken Down” Of Migrant Workers' Pension Insurance In Qingdao

A large number of workers continue to participate in old-age insurance,is the basic premise for the old-age insurance to provide power to ensure the safe and sustainable operation of the old age insurance system.However,China's current pension insurance "broken off" rate has been increasing year by year,according to statistics,a large part of the people who break the endowment insurance is migrant workers.A large number of migrant workers to pay pension insurance interruption will not only make them have no source of income in old age,will also increase the support of the endowment insurance in our country,the sustainable development of the endowment insurance of our country caused great damage.The problem of endowment insurance if cannot be handled in time and solve the huge number and strong mobility groups,it will do harm to the endowment insurance and social security system,and even cause economic fluctuation and social unrest.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the factors that affect the "broken down" of migrant workers' pension insurance.This article will select the migrant workers in Qingdao as the object of study,through the questionnaire and two yuan Logistic regression method for the analysis of the factors affecting the pension insurance of migrant workers.This article first defines the concept and theory related to migrant workers pension insurance insurance interruption,after the questionnaire data for statistical analysis,based on a series of factors screening and verify the reliability and validity of the proof of the empirical analysis,according to the Logistic regression results show that age,education level,the nature of the enterprise,the enterprise is to whether it is insured,arrears of wages,job number,the proportion of old-age insurance payment of endowment insurance,trust degree,old-age insurance for the understanding of these 9 variables on the endowment insurance of migrant workers has produced significant influence off paul.Finally,constructive suggestions are put forward according to these influencing factors.Mainly include: strengthen the propaganda of endowment insurance information,migrant workers occupation skill training and retraining,the establishment of enterprise information disclosure system,gradually reduce the wages of endowment insurance individual payment ratio,to further standardize China's labor dispatch status.Hope to be able to reduce the status quo of China's old-age insurance.
