The Study On Layout Optimization Of Rural Settlement In Jinzhai County Based On The Perspective Of Countryside Residential Land

The planning of village settlements in the context of rural homestead reform is an important way to carry out land consolidation and achieve intensive development,and thus promote the modernization of rural areas and agriculture. However, the large number of villages and villages will accelerate the demise of rural multi-value function. This paper has some theoretical significance for the study of rural residential system planning, and provides suggestions for the rational distribution of urban and rural residents in Jinzhai County, promotes the improvement of comprehensive competitiveness and regional sustainable development, and promotes the development of regional urban and rural areas, Rural residential areas in the layout and other aspects of planning optimization to provide some reference and reference.This paper integrates the spatial characteristics, influencing factors and optimization schemes of rural settlements in the county area by using the research methods of landscape pattern index model, spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial statistical analysis,and systematically studies the distribution characteristics of rural residential areas in the background of homestead reform Its layout optimization strategy.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Combining with the background of homestead reform and development, this paper summarizes the domestic research and development of rural residential layout optimization, and summarizes the various layout optimization methods.(2) Spatial distribution characteristics of rural settlements. The spatial distribution of rural residential land in Jinzhai County and its influencing factors were analyzed by using landscape pattern index model and GIS spatial analysis method to reveal the current situation and problems of rural settlements layout in Jinzhai as a development potential and influence Evaluation and layout optimization.(3) The evaluation index of the comprehensive influence of rural residential area.This paper puts forward the new thinking of optimizing the layout of village settlements under the background of homestead reform. First of all, from the economic development, village and township construction, location conditions,resource conditions in four selected indicators, the establishment of county-level township development potential evaluation index system. On the basis of the evaluation results, combined with the factors that affect the layout of residential areas,from the perspective of land suitability, select the natural ecological conditions,residential area conditions, elevation, slope, geological disasters, slope, distance,Distance from the river and other specific indicators to build rural residential comprehensive development potential evaluation index system.
