development.Since the 1990s,rural tourism,depending on the beautiful natural environment and unique farming activities,has constantly developed,enriching the connotation of Chinese tourist products,among which agritainment has become the carrier of many city people's leisure holidays,which is especially popular with tourists.As the largest area in Zhejiang Province,Lishui City enjoys the rich mountain tourism resources,the concrete industry foundation and the favorable location,meeting the conditions for the development of village homestay.Particularly during the 13th Five-Year Plan,the government of Lishui City put forward tourism construction project with 100 billion of investment,focusing on the combination of "agriculture and travel",the brand building of"Mountain Homestay'' and the development of characteristic village homestay.If it can proceed from real development,scientifically predict the regularity of development,look for its development direction and avoid the wrong development pattern,it will be of certain guiding significance to the promotion of the healthy development and brand building of the new industry.At the same time,it will also avoid the blind input of farmers and the waste of tourism resources.The dissertation,taking the development history of Lishui homestay as the line,the characteristic homestay building as the example and the field interview as the basis,scientifically analyzes the current situation of the Lishui homestay and reasonably predicts the future development direction,in order to provide the feasible theoretical guidance for its development and promote the further improvement of the homestay industry in Lishui.Combining with the development trend and change of tourism industry,the dissertation takes the characteristic tourist product of homestay in the development of tourism industry in Lishui City,Liaoning Province as the research object,and starts with the development experience of homestay tourism at home and abroad.Based on the research of relevant literature,it mainly uses the development theory of materialistic Dialectics,and studies the development of homestay in Lishui city through the questionnaire investigation,field investigation and policy analysis,in order to make the study scientific and effective.Firstly,through the collection,analysis and demonstration of the literature to know the difference and characteristics of homestay development at home and abroad,the dissertation points out that the homestay industry in Lishui possess the excellent external environment and internal conditions.By expounding the concept of village homestay and rural tourism,it is concluded that the industries are supplementary to each other in the development,and village homestay is emerged with the development of the rural tourism.Based on the theoretical analysis of the homestay industry lifecycle throughout the successful experiences of domestic homestay,and the theoretical analysis of rural tourism across the successful operation experiences of overseas homestay,the dissertation raises the problems and future development direction of the homestay in Lishui.Secondly,through questionnaire design from the aspects of consumption channel,price,facilities,service and supervision,the dissertation carries out a series of experience and post-experience investigation on consumers.The result shows that the information channel of homestay in Lishui City is mainly network,the consumption price needs to be regulated,the environmental facilities need to be promoted,the quality of service needs to be improved and the industrial supervision has loopholes.At the same time,through the specific interview survey of homestay operators,the profit situation,operation situation and land use,government support and industry supervision are mainly known,with the result of sound profit in Lishui homestay.But meanwhile,there are some problems such as insufficient land use,weak points of government support policy,and prominent problems of industry supervision.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,the dissertation objectively shows the current situation of the homestay development in Lishui.Aimed at the problems in the survey,the dissertation carries out the target analysis,especially in the problems of government support,management and industry supervision,and obtains the deep reasons of operators,market and government.Finally,on the basis of analysis,investigation,research,comparison and conclusion above,the dissertation puts forward three countermeasures to improve the development level of homestay in Lishu.The first is to further strengthen the government support,including the increase of special fiscal subsidy,the promotion of the concentrated development of homestay areas,the increase of market publicity of homestay,the improvement of infrastructure construction in homestay areas,the simplification of the examination and approval procedures for land use and the improvement of the level of local guides.The second is to further change operating pattern,including the promotion in the diversification of the investment subjects,the differentiation of management mode,the diversification of the homestay industry,the optimization of the service quality,the completion of facilities,the rationalization of price and the enrichment of publicity.The third is to further strengthen the homestay market and environment supervision,including the establishment of normal supervision system of the homestay market,the increase of admittance requirement in the competitive areas,the strengthening of investigation and punishment on the illegal operations,the improvement of supervision of environmental protection,and promotion of the channels of tourist complaint.Finally,it is concluded that homestay is a high development form of rural tourism,especially a transition form of modern tourism industry,conforming to the consumer demands of urban residents at present with its unique leisure experience and charms of assimilating into nature.Possessing good external environment and internal "hardware",Lishui has made great achievements in the process of practice.However,there are some problems in the process,where homestay industry is facing the transformation and upgrading.Aiming at the problems exposed,it is expected to be further promoted through targeted improvement,and its "Mountain Homestay" brand is expected to become a new business card with high gold content in the whole tourism of Lishui City.
