With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standard,the rural leisure tourism,which is mainly carried by home stay,has developed rapidly in China.In recent years,relying on good natural resources,cultural features and the support of government policies,Lishui City's residential tourism has successfully registered the first regional public brand of residential accommodation-"Lishui Mountain Residence".The establishment of the brand of "Lishui Mountain Residence" has promoted the rapid development of the tourism industry of Lishui City.However,according to the research of the author,there are still some problems in the development of the tourism industry of Lishui City,such as the insufficient cultivation of the tourist market evaluation system,the neglect of the evaluation of the cultural connotation by the government evaluation system,the single main body of publicity and marketing,the lack of precise marketing means and products of the tourism industry The regional characteristics of the system are not obvious,the degree of passenger participation is not high,the orientation of building and decoration theme is fuzzy,the style is similar,the overall quality of the homestay courtyard is not high,the selection of individual homestay culture is relatively random,the regional characteristics are not fully reflected,the service of operators is not implemented and other problems need to be solved.Based on the investigation of Lishui City's homestay tourism,with the help of the theory of tourism attractions,combined with the tourism resources related to Lishui City's homestay tourism,this paper constructs the tourism attraction system of Lishui City's homestay tourism,and studies the promotion path of Lishui City's homestay tourism products from the perspectives of tourists,government and operators,hoping to make a contribution to the development of Lishui City's homestay tourism Certain contribution.This paper is mainly composed of six parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background and significance,expounds the domestic and international research situation of homestay tourism,and puts forward the research methods;the second chapter explains the concepts of homestay,homestay tourism and homestay tourism products,and introduces this paper from the theory of tourism attractions,symbol consumption and tourism destination life cycle The third chapter introduces the development of Lishui's homestay tourism from the origin of Lishui's homestay tourism and the establishment of Lishui MountainResidence brand.The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper.Starting from the constructed attraction system of Lishui's homestay tourism,it analyzes the existence of Lishui's homestay tourism in the development process from three perspectives of tourists,government and operators In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the ways and methods to improve the tourism products of domestic accommodation in Lishui from seven different aspects;in the sixth chapter,the author makes a brief summary of the whole paper,points out the shortcomings of this study and prospects for the follow-up research.
