In recent years, with production capacity continues to expand and the market gradually saturated, automobile industry is faced with the increasing pressure, as its associated industries, mainly in labor-intensive manufacture of automobile parts enterprises has also been greater impacted, namely external pressure and internal with the increasing pressure year by year. In order to reduce the impact of this pressure, some companies try to cut down the number of persons employed, but for the manufacturing sector,reduce the staff is not the best way. If just reduce the number of operators on the production line, but not try to train more multi-skill to reduce the staff members, it is unable to make sure that the production line goes smoothly, and it is not good for dealing with emergencies, furthermore it can not guarantee the stability of the product quality and daily production. So, how can we solve the problem, make sure that the least manpower can do more and more, and to ensure that excellent quality levels are maintained.The study found that the biggest challenge of most manufacturing enterprise in production usually with such problems, they are facing the biggest challenge is the shortage of enough skilled workers, the operators are spilled skilled, cannot cope with the external environment and the changing market, thereby it affect the quality and cost of products. Therefore, pay special attention to the training of the multi skilled staff to strengthen the employee’s quality,it is a more effective solutions which can reduce the manufacturing enterprise workshop, for basic operations staff training of corporate human cost, improving product quality, operating profit increase,in a word,the study has a vital significance for these problems.From a theoretical point of view, In this paper, the writer try to summarize therelevant theory about on-the-job training, transfer and emergency training, multi skill training and skill matrix summarizes, also combs the training content, means,effect evaluation, which can affect evaluation, for automobile manufacturing enterprises.In practice, this paper combines with the TH company’s current production line staff training status, focus on establishing the production line staff skill training system and improving the theory, and through the comparison of actual data analysis of multi skilled workers training and reduce the cost of enterprise human. First, on the basis of deeply analysis on the current situation of staff training in the company and reduce company’s staff, the writer found that the main problems on current in-service training are as described below, there are: does not develop specific rules on skills training,it is easy to make the process of implementation goes through the motions; training failed to get high level Personnel or even organizational training attention; and training system to support the incentive measures are not perfect, unable to fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the trainees. Secondly, aiming at these problems, this article research the related theory knowledge and the reference of domestic and based on the foreign research results, consummate the company’s existing training system, focuses on the analysis of establishing the construction of multi skill training system, and around the multi skill training and retraining, emergency training implementation process, tracking and analysis the company’s actual data for nearly a year. Finally, it is found that go in to the on-job training system can effectively improve the company’s training situation, try to establish a development channel for production line employees, to help the company to achieve minimal human cost to make the goal of maximum profit come true, at the same time, found the shortage in the training process, and show the views and suggestions to further optimization.
