Along with the era of knowledge economy's arrival and the extensive application of a large number of new technologies,scientific and technology enterprises have developed vigorously as the symbolic enterprise of the knowledge economy enterprises.Scientific research activities are usually regarded as an important source of value creation and competitiveness enhancement of scientific and technological enterprises,and scientific research personnel are the main power of scientific research activities.How to improve the individual performance of scientific research personnel,which finally results in the whole performance improvement of scientific research activities,is one of the most concerned issues for scientific and technological enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the performance evaluation of scientific research personnel for scientific and technological enterprises.This paper based on the relevant theory of performance evaluation,according to characteristics of the science and technology enterprises and the special nature of research work,using the methods of questionnaire survey and expert consultation,argues that the content involved in performance evaluation,including working attitude,comprehensive ability,job performance and research project,and formulates the detailed indicators and weights for performance evaluation.Thus,the performance evaluation index system of scientific research personnel in science and technology enterprises is established,and further to determine the corresponding evaluation criteria.Secondly,by the combination of the 360 degree performance evaluation and set pair analysis,this paper establishes the performance evaluation model of scientific and technological enterprises.Finally,this paper studies the Z scientific and technological enterprises,it provides the reference for the recruitment and selection,salary and bonus distribution,position adjustment,training and development for scientific research personnel of science and technology enterprises.
