Energy has become the material basis for human survival and economic development.Along with our economy continuous development,Energy shortage is very serious in China especially.In order to ease the contradiction between energy shortage and growing demand,energy saving implementing is an important solution to solve energy problem.Manufacturing enterprises take important position in the national economy,they are mainly users for the raw material and energy consumption and also important fields of energy saving and consumption reducing.Energy saving and consumption reducing can not only improve our living environment,but also reduce enterprises operating costs,improve economic efficiency and promote healthy development.But energy saving and consumption reduction performance evaluation system in manufacturing industries has not been established and carried out truly in practice,thus cause to energy saving implemented is not been measured well,no-planning and no-systematic.In this paper,tihrough learning/research domestic/foreign energy saving policy,related projects and performance evaluation system,combining with BK company energy saving procedure/rules and related projects,to build BK company energy saving and consumption reduction performance evahiation system basing on BSC(balanced score card)theory,and do comprehensive evaluation for BK company current energy saving and consumption reduction activities carried out in 2016 according to this system.,Analysis and Research this evaluation result,finding the deviation,giving related performance promotion proposals,as reference and guidance to BK company energy saving further development,also for all manufacturing industries.
