Research On The Influencing Factors Of National Science And Technology Security Capability Based On SEM

Under the rapid development of globalization, science and technology has made increasing impact on the economics, politics and military, in addition to the economic interdependence of countries than ever closer, so science and technology today,while promoting economic development, also affects national security. Science and technology security as an important component of national security is vital to the maintenance of national interests. It is crucial power to the promotion of country status in international configuration,and also received public attention,but research about it is far less than the speed of technological development itself. In China, most research on national security stay just at theoretical level, let alone that on science and technology security. Building the structure of national science and technology security capacity, analysis of the influencing factors of national technology security, helps countries to clear and definite the current position of science and technology security in the field of security. A clear understanding of the developing situation is conducive to the construction of national comprehensive capacity.Firstly,on the basis of studying a mass of relevant literature about science and technology security at home and abroad. On this basis, build a framework for technology security capability, and then separately discuss each component in the framework as well as the structural relationship between them. Secondly, according to the understanding of science and technology security capability that we defined,using structural equation model (SEM)method to build a conceptual model for influencing factors of the capacity. Discuss the main factors affecting the national science and technology security capacity in different levels,and propose theoretical hypothesis in the way of SEM. Thirdly, based on the verification of prefer established assumptions by SEM method, discuss the authenticity of designed assumptions in order to summarize the discussion results and draw a conclusion. Finally,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the research and development of China science and technology security based on the comparison of different influencing factors.
