With the development of economic globalization,the enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition,and good quality operation ability is the key for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitiveness,more and more customers have set up “Zero Defect” as the target of quality operation,especially in the automotive industry,quality is sharp weapon to win the market orders for enterprise.This is the best of times and also the worst of times.Enterprise with good quality performance will continue to increase market share,while ignoring the quality will be eliminated by the market eventually in the world.First,this paper describes the research background,significance,technical route,and research contents and methods,points out the purpose of this paper that improving quality management level is the era requirement and very important to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in our country.Secondly,retrospect the background develop history of quality management theory,review the classical theory of quality management,look forward to the future development quality management.Through the study of relevant theory and literature,summed up the enterprise quality control system should take the aim of setting up preventive quality management system,follow the seven principles quality management system implementation process,and focus on cost of poor quality as a measure of quality performance.In addition,take the quality management practices of company as an example,through in-depth analysis of the problems of company,found out the root cause and make countermeasures to realize the quality breakthrough accordingly.And then evaluate the results after measure taken objectively.Finally,summarize the research results of this paper combining with the related quality management theory and CX company practices,which was discussed that how to concretely apply the PDCA quality management logic in the whole process from product development to market service,and how to use the tools of quality management to promote the PDCA quality ring.This paper studies is to pursue the suitability,effectiveness and operability,and try to achieve the combination of theory and practice,the research results provide a new thinking method and lesson learn for enterprises of developing countries especially.
