Study On Factors Affecting Rural Workers' Housing Choices Under The Background Of New Urbanization In Yinchuan

With the tendency of urbanization in China,the number of rural workers continue to increase from the countryside to the city.They made a great contribution to the the city.However,most of them have no stable residence in the city,and fail to share the chance of achievements from the booming society.The rural workers put the housing needs to the first place,and if the housing situation fail to get improvement in the long run,it will bring great danger to the society.New urbanization is set in"people-oriented",and what kind of housing characteristics if rural workers into the city?How to solve the housing problems of rural workers directly affect their life quality as well as the process of citizenization.Take Yinchuan as the research object,obtained the data from questionnaire,analyze the housing choice characteristics and influencing factors of rural workers in Yinchuan,to verify the connotation and value of the relevant theory through empirical analysis,then try to provide ideas or suggestions to obtain the housing security in Yinchuan,and promote the process of citizenization as well as the harmonious development of the whole society.Based on the related theories and concepts,firstly,this paper made a thoroughly investigatement to the small range of rural workers in Yinchuan City,then make sure the spatial distribution of rural workers in Yinchuan.Secondly,summarize the peasant workers' housing situation,housing satisfaction and agglomeration characteristics by sample selection,questionnaire investigation and arrange interviews.Finally,using the SPSS23.0 to calculate the statistics of rural workers housing conditions by statistical analysis and calculation of consolidation.Regression model was constructed through frequency analysis,cross correlation and Logistic regression model to make quantitative analysis.So this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions are as followed through the analysis:(1)There is a significant concentration of rural workers in Yinchuan.rural workers are concentrated in the urban areas of the old city transformation,railway stations,bus stations and other traffic centers near the downtown business district.The housing distribution can be divided into two kinds,live together and scattered;(2)From the spatial distribution of housing choice,rural workers exist marginality,blindness,Geographical and industrial characteristics;(3)Based on AHP,rural workers housing satisfaction characteristics showed that there is in great need of monitoring equipment,access control systems and fire facilities,then Poor transportation,food,education,health care and other infrastructure facilities is in the second place,and satisfied with the situation of environmental sanitation relatively.Based on ArcGIS,the satisfaction of rural workers housing characteristics show that housing satisfaction is higher near the city area,convenient transportation,perfect facilities district based on rural workers;(4)Stability characteristics is the most important factors in rural workers housing choice,and part of the factors in Demography,and there are many difference in housing type and form choice.In addition,it is not obvious in the influence of economic factors on housing choice for rural workers.
