Study On Mid-Term Evaluation Of Land Use Planning In Shangrao City

With the reform of market economy and the reform of decentralization of government,land use planning is playing a more and more important role in the social and economic development as one of the means for the state to carry out macroeconomic regulation and control.This paper systematically analyzes foreign scholars 'research on land use planning implementation evaluation and domestic scholars' evaluation on land use planning,the implementation of evaluation methods and the implementation of evaluation and security mechanisms,etc.Secondly,shangrao city according to the actual situation of planning implementation(2006-2020)(hereinafter referred to as the "planning"),the implementation of the planning,the planning for the future development and adaptability evaluation planning and adjustment to improve the situation,on the basis of the conclusions reached:the planning can guarantee the economic and social development of Shangrao City,the overall implementation of the normal;urban and rural construction land The growth rate exceeding the planning expectations;planning and current economic and social development strategies are incompatible.The following suggestions are put forward for the management after the implementation of the plan: to start the shangrao city land use master plan to revise in time;to strengthen the economical and intensive land,to excavate the land space;to take specific measures to further improve the planning and management system;etc.
