The Tripartite Coordination In Rural Land Transfer Of China

The rural land transfer refers to the behavior,which the peasants who owned the right of land contractual management within the village collective,under the premise of retaining the contracting right of land,transferring the land usufruct to other farmers or economic organizations,in order to realize the appropriate scale management of rural land.Government,farmer and capital are the three main parts of land transfer.The tripartite coordination mechanism of corporatism theory apply to discuss the labor relation,and this article introduce it into the discussion of land transfer,analyze the tripartite relation by the data of fieldwork and internet,and then consider that tripartite harmoniously relation is the foundation for land transfer,but the harmonious relation need a village committee,which can connect the tripartite.Thus,this paper is divided into three parts.First,the introduction consists of research questions,methods,data,structure,significances,innovations and shortcomings.Second,the straight matter consists of five aspects.Part one is literature review and theoretical framework.Part two is developing process,main and typical modes of land transfer in China.Part three is to analyze the role of the tripartite in land transfer by the relevant materials.Part four is the problem that the tripartite could face in the process of land transfer.Part five the importance of intermediary organization and village committee.The end is conclusion.The tripartite harmoniously relation is the foundation for land transfer,however,the harmonious relation need a proactive and enterprising village committee,which can connect between government,peasants and capital.
