The role of human resources management commercial banks in the new economy has changed from traditional personnel management role to the strategic human resource management role. Compared with foreign commercial banks, commercial banks in China also prevalent human resources management concept behind with concurrency and lower management levels, resulting in lower overall quality of personnel, low competitiveness, lack of talent. To improve Chinese commercial banks,especially the market competitiveness of small and medium commercial banks, it is necessary to improve the competitive advantages of human resources to start building strategic human resource management system.This paper selects CM Commercial Bank as the object of study, conducts a special study on CM Commercial Bank human resources management, in order to height from the strategic human resource management, improve human resources to find ways and means so that our small and medium commercial banks fierce competition in the market to achieve dominance.Firstly, this paper describes the environment and the background of the CM Commercial Bank, at the same time, the domestic and foreign research status has been analyzed. Secondly, this paper makes a full introduction to the theory of strategic human resource management, including the introduction of the concept of strategic human resource management, the characteristics, status, role, functions, in order to make a theoretical reserve for the study. Thirdly introduces the future development trend of Chinese commercial banks, the strategic positioning of the future development of CM Commercial Bank, the current situation and problems of human resource management in CM Commercial Bank. And introduces the CM Commercial Bank human resources management present situation and has carried on the analysis to the question and the reason which produces, which provides a realistic basis for the research of the thesis. Fourth, to analysis of the differences of the strategic human resource management system of CM Commercial Bank and foreign banks, we can learn from experience. This paper expounds the characteristics, principles and components of the strategic human resource management system of CM Commercial Bank, which lays the foundation for the practice of the fifth part. Fifth, combined with the above mentioned,his paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the CM Commercial Bank strategic human resource management system construction practice In order to establish the strategic human resource management system of CM Commercial Bank, to provide the human support for the long-term development of CM Commercial Bank, and to provide reference for other state-owned commercial banks.
