Study On The Choice Of Industry Leading Sectors For Songjiang

Since Twenty-first Century,a new round of scientific and technological revolution has gradually become the focus of world attention,whether the USA's Advanced Manufacturing Partnership,or Germany's Industrial 4,reflected the mainly world manufacturing countries paid attention to the industrial development,such as industrial internet,smart manufacturing,big data,cloud computing,networking,internet plus,green and low carbon technologies and ideas in many aspects of change or even subvert the traditional manufacturing industry,impact industries and people's work and life.As the world's major powers,our country not only facing the traditional low-end manufacturing to high-end smart manufacturing transformation and upgrading,but also facing the reducing labor force,rising manufacturing costs,resources and environmental constraints exacerbate the problem,in order to cope with the new industrial revolution under the new opportunities and challenges,we put forward MadeinChina2025,pointed out the direction and focus for China's overall industrial development,due to the different stages of development of industry by region,industry foundation is different from that in the capital,talent,resources,environment and other aspects are quite different,all regions in the choice of key industrial development,selected existing industry or relied on existing industries to cultivate leading industries.This paper toke Songjiang as an example for industrial leading industry choice question under the scientific and technological revolution,firstly introduced the current situation and trend of global industrial development,proposed the question of how to choose industry leading industry.Secondly,analyzed and appraised the development situation of Songjiang's industry,by comparing with the surrounding area and SWOT analysis.Thirdly,analyzed and established double level evaluation index systems for Songjiang's leading industry.Finally,through DEA selection model converting the qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis,obtained the result of Songjiang's leading industry chosen results,and put forward policy suggestions for the follow-up development of the leading industry in Songjiang.
