We are standing on the edge of a new wave of platform business.Platform enterprises integrated market resources,so that each platform participants can maximize their benefits,and constitute a platform ecosystem for sharing and win-win.Platform enterprises are creating an extraordinary economic efficiency for the national economy.In this change of platform model,actively meeting the platform era is not to drag to change,and human resource management issues for platform enterprises in the current stage becomes particularly important.At present,the more and more complex management environment intensifies the competition between enterprises,whose core is the competition of talents.It is very important to promote the survival and development of the modern platform enterprises based on the research of the human resource management of platform enterprises,to a certain extent,even which determines the success or failure of the enterprises.But the existing research,few studies have focused on human resources management of platform enterprises,and did not jump from the previous view,just focus on human resources,not combining strategic planning with human resources management.Based on this situation,standing on the height of the platform strategy,making the strategy first,and then exploring the human resource management of platform enterprises,to give many new platform enterprises useful experience is particularly necessary.In this paper,the environmental protection industry investment and financing platform,based on the perspective of human resources platform strategy,can be the basic model for many enterprises at a certain universality.Through the in-depth study of the practical research object,this paper think that the building of organization's human resources must first determine a good platform strategy pattern,and then match the organization of human resources design,in order to truly promote the future development of platform enterprises.Therefore,platform enterprises need to describe a good picture of following three pieces of territory to solve the problem of development: strategic layout(platform strategic positioning should be clear),organization layout(organization layout design must match the platform strategy),employees' mental layout(looking for and training the professional employees wanted by enterprises).The main value of this paper lies in the innovation of platform area and human resources area,making up for the lack of existing research,so that the research results can contribute to the actual development of platform enterprises.With the development of economy in transition countries during 13 th Five-Year,"enterprise platform" plays a central role in industrial ecological construction as the value of pillar connecting.It is hoped that more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the human resource research of the platform enterprises,and enrich the theoretical practice in this field from the aspects of the research samples,research methods and research ideas.
