With the rapid development of our country's economy and people's living standard,the self-driving time has come,the road has become an important basis for the consumption upgrade and personalized travel.The vigorous development of the tourism industry,further promoted the acceleration of the traveling scenic area of the highway construction process,and also putted forward the higher requirements for the scenic highway construction.Especially for the growth of environmental protection awareness,an increase in concern for the engineering construction quality,progress,strongly urged for giving new understanding and attention for environmental protection in the process of project implementation,project quality,progress and so on.Adopt green construction technology in highway construction in scenic spot is conducive to reduce energy consumption,reduce pollution emissions,protect the ecological environment,and it's also important to the sustainable development of our country.However,for scenic area road construction green construction,feasible evaluation system has not been established in domestic current system.Therefore,how to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for green construction of scenic highway so as to better provide guidance for scenic highway green construction and comprehensive effect of evaluation has important practical significance for promoting the development of the scenic highway green construction.In view of this,the author set scenic highway green construction effect evaluation as the research direction,and establish a scientific and feasible scenic highway green construction assessment model.This model provides a reliable basis to evaluate the efficacy of the green construction,reasonable choice of green construction and environmental protection scheme,and it will be conducive to promote green construction technology in the promotion and application of the project.Project implementation stage is the most significant impact on the environment,and also is the key stage to inspect the effect of green construction target.In order to fully reflect the effect of green construction project implementation stage,the author systematically researched on the related theories such as green construction,the scenic area highway construction,the protection of the environment to set the construction preparation,construction implementation and completion inspection as a node to build the scenic highway green construction effect comprehensive evaluation index system and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate each index weight.At the same time,the author based on the fuzzy evaluation model,and finally established the scenic highway green construction effect analytic hierarchy process and multi-level fuzzy evaluation model.Finally,the author carried on the empirical analysis of green construction effect on HeMu scenic highway maintenance and ecological engineering.By the empirical validation,the green construction effect of HeMu scenic highway maintenance and ecological engineering is good and this evaluating model is proved to have a certain feasibility and practicability.In addition,the author also put forward the scenic highway green construction organizational guarantee and process measures from the reality of scenic highway green construction so as to provide effective and feasible suggestion for green construction.
