The Study On The Allocative Efficiency Of Agricultural Information Resources In Inner Mongolia

With the developing of the informatization construction in our country,the information resources become the primary resource of social and economic day by day.The level of informatization's exploitation and utilization has become a important symbol of the levels of regional informatization in our country.Efficiency issue has become very important under the new normal economic.The optimal allocation of agricultural information resources is the core of agricultural informationization.It is also the basic way to competitivenness evaluation and realize modernization of agricultural in China.Based on the equilibrium and disequilibrium theory,information theory and public goods theory as the main line,using the data envelopment analysis(dea)method to measure the 12 union city of Inner Mongolia agricultural information resources allocation efficiency problem.Using the traditional DEA model,the area of Inner Mongolia reached the leading edge of production in Inner Mongolia is the city of ordos,chifeng city,tongliao city,baotou city,Hohhot city 5.Then,the results of the traditional DEA model are analyzed by using the superefficient se-dea model,which is used to evaluate the efficiency values of the five countries in the frontier of production.Finally combining the current situation of agricultural information resource allocation in Inner Mongolia and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some policies and Suggestions,in order to promote the Inner Mongolia agriculture information resource optimal allocation and the improvement of agricultural informationization.
