Expressway is a landmark project since the reform and opening up in china.China's comprehensive construction of Expressway at the beginning,the Ministry of transportation together with a number of departments issued "loan highway construction of large highway bridges and tunnels to collect tolls provisions",its main content is "road loans,loan fees".The implementation of the policy of toll payment has greatly reduced the time cost of highway transportation in our country,which has created enormous economic benefits and social value for the socialist modernization construction of our country.Despite the rapid development of China's highway,but started late,low starting point,there is still a large gap between developed countries.JF highway toll management company is the first company in the post window of highway management,not only huge and long working hours,boring work,single environment,and therefore prone to neglect,lazy,charging efficiency is not high.Therefore,to establish a scientific and reasonable performance management system has become an important content of the work,one can achieve the internal incentive and restraint of the company,and can improve the efficiency of the company's management,to promote the rapid and healthy development of enterprises.Based on the study of related theories at home and abroad,profound analysis in view of the present situation of the performance management system of JF highway toll management company,and finds out the existing problems,based on the target of the development strategy of JF expressway management company,developed a detailed implementation plan,supervise and control the performance and comprehensive appraisal.Based on the key performance indicators(KPI)and other management tools,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance management system of toll collectors.Mainly in order to make the assessment dimensions of performance management of JF high-speed toll management,the evaluation index is more refined,more effective,and ultimately achieve realistic operational on JF highway toll management fees will be more;secondly in order to combine the individual members of the performance and better overall performance fee classes,for a fee staff salary adjustment,promotion,on the lower level of the exchange,so that the fare increase overall skills and occupation career planning provide the basis,so as to improve the company's performance management level JF.
