This paper studies the performance appraisal of the grass-roots pricecollector in Shanxi Province,with a view to strengthening the management level of the personnel in the city and county investigation teams,enhancing the business ability and comprehensive quality of the basic level price collector,and improving the quality of the basic data at the grassroots level.But the current National Bureau of Shanxi Survey Corps subordinate county investigation team of consumer price of mining price member actual management situation,staff performance appraisal mining price facing institutional framework(measures)and the lack of strict implementation of the problem,the main reason is that the performance appraisal method is not feasible(quantitative indicators difficult or impossible to refine),Department,basic contradiction with one more post task heavy mining price member diversity and some teams are collected at frequent changes in personnel etc..This paper aims at using the qualitative research method of grounded theory,in-depth conversation with consumer price of professional managers or members of the basic price collection,the collection of raw data,the initial concept,core concepts and scope of data extraction,construction theory in the actual survey data,combined with literature research method,data analysis method,detailed analysis of the present situation,Shanxi province mining price performance appraisal facing the existing staff dilemma and beneficial practices,promote the study of inquiry way to base the performance evaluation mechanism of the mining.Based on grounded theory combined with the actual work,achieve the theoretical saturation in collection and analysis of repeated data,on the basis of analysis,The article puts forward some suggestions,such as the important link of performance appraisal,the difference of the performance appraisal content of identity analysis,the refinement of performance assessment standards,the comprehensive and complete record of performance evaluation process,and the improvement of performance evaluation results feedback and application.
