On The Perfection Of The Rural Minimum Living Security System In Jiangxi Province

China’s rural minimum living security system is the government of rural family per capita income is lower than the local government’s previous year’s minimum standard of living to give some supplementary cash subsidy,to ensure that the family members minimum living required for a social security system.Since the start of the rural subsistence allowances system in 2007,the rural subsistence allowances have been established in various parts of China,and some achievements have been made.However,due to various reasons,the implementation of the process of rural subsistence allowances also appeared.This research is mainly aimed at Nanchang county rural minimum living security system research,through investigation and work understanding,The author gets the real data and information of Nanchang County,through the real data and the problems of data that get the mistakes of system and demand of urban people.Although it can not reflect the all situation of rural minimum living security system in JiangXi Province,it has certain value.The innovation of this paper lies in: it is suggested that the rescue mechanism can be set up on the the classification of the minimum living object;weakens the "welfare dependency" consciousness of the rural minimum living security system holder and the scientific management of the rural subsistence allowance system.
