Research On The Implementation Of Rural Minimum Living Security System

How to improve the income of farmers has been an important issue needed to be solved urgently in China's economic development.In order to effectively guarantee the living standards of farmers and gradually increase farmers' income,our country has established rural minimum living standard security system,which is a kind of social assistance system,mainly aims at helping those poor farmers to meet the basic needs of life through active intervention of the national finance,thus gradually eliminating rural poverty.The establishment of China's rural minimum living standard security system reflects China's development concept of common prosperity and economic achievement-sharing,is not only in favor of enhancing the quality of farmers' lives,but also conducive to ease the gap between urban and rural areas and promote the construction of harmonious society.Over the years,our government has paid more and more attention to the implementation of the rural minimum living standard defines the basic concepts related to rural minimum living standard security system,including social assistance system,rural social security,minimum living security and rural minimum living security rural minimum living security system,strengthening the publicity and information opening,timely adjustment of rural security index of the whole province,and practically implementing work funds and personnel.In addition,it describes that the government,rural local organizations,rural families and individuals could start from these aspects to make the development of this system truly formal and scientific and healthy,and completely solve the problems existing in the implementation of the rural minimum living security.The sixth chapter is conclusion.In order to solve the problems in implementation,it's necessary to scientifically definite accounting methods of rural residents' income,restore true features of the rural minimum living security system,strengthen the publicity and information opening,timely adjust rural security index of the whole province,andpractically implement work funds and personnel.And the government,rural local organizations,rural families and individuals could start from these aspects to make the development of this system truly formal and scientific and healthy.
