Research On The Difficult And Countermeasure Of Social Participation In Rural Anti-poverty

The key of China rural anti-poverty in the future is to make social participation into the anti-poverty practice,since social participation in anti-poverty can directly influence the efficiency of anti-poverty practice.Therefore,to do a good job of rural anti-poverty in the new stage,social forces should join into,besides the government which plays a leading role in the past.How to establish and improve social participation mechanism is a problem that worth further discussing in rural anti-poverty and development currently.Jiangxi province is an old revolutionary area,and a major area for anti-poverty in our country.In the process of actively exploring social participation mechanism in rural anti-poverty and development,author tries to summarize some practical experience of rural anti-poverty work for her workplace--Shangtang town at Nancheng county in Jiangxi province.Based on the severe situation in Jiangxi rural anti-poverty and development,this paper explores the main body,the main way,the policy propaganda,supervision and evaluation of social participation.By analyzing the current situation where social participation mechanism works in Shangtang town.It concludes the effects of social participation in rural anti-poverty.And by learning from foreign experience and combining the concrete reality of Shangtang town,it puts forward some constructive suggestion on how to make social participation better to alleviate rural poverty and development.Try to solve the problem of insufficient organizations,lacking of policy support,and system incompletion.Further mobilize social forces to participate in rural anti-poverty and development,and promote the innovation of the social participation mechanism.Build new anti-poverty models to meet the needs of the current rural social and economic development in Jiangxi province,prevent the return-to poor phenomenon,and realize the sustainable development of rural anti-poverty,and strive to poverty alleviation in the new stage.
